Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING

All orders are processed within 1–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (if available).

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before submitting your order.
The NESHA B is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

SHIPPING TIME

All delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed. Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and may vary depending on destination, weather, or postal delays.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Canadian Orders: 2–10 business days
  • U.S. Orders: 7–14 business days
  • International Orders: 10–21 business days (depending on destination and customs processing)

Once packages are dispatched, The NESHA B has no control over transit times or delays caused by the shipping provider.

SHIPPING PROVIDERS

Orders are shipped using Canada Post, UPS, or FedEx, depending on your chosen method and location.
Once your package has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number so you can monitor your delivery progress.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES

International shipments may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by your local customs office upon arrival.
These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the product or shipping costs.

Delays caused by customs are beyond the control of The NESHA B.

LOST, DAMAGED, OR STOLEN PACKAGES

The NESHA B is not responsible for:

  • Delays or errors caused by the shipping carrier
  • Incorrect shipping addresses entered by the customer
  • Packages damaged during transit
  • Missing or stolen packages after confirmed delivery

If your order arrives damaged, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
